We provide real-estate wholesaling services focused on probate and inherited property solutions in Northeast Florida. We are not a law firm or real-estate brokerage and do not provide legal or tax advice.

California disclosures (CCPA/CPRA)
Over the past 12 months we have collected the categories described in Section 1 and used them for the purposes in Section 2. We disclose these categories to the types of recipients in Section 3. We may “share” identifiers and internet/usage data with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out of sharing/targeted advertising by contacting us and by adjusting your ad preferences with third-party platforms.
Nevada residents
We do not sell covered information as defined by Nevada law. You may still submit a sale opt-out request to our email above.
